Managing 1201 Third Street, an iconic mega-building in the heart of downtown Seattle, Wright Runstad & Company have long since been animal advocates.  Starting with the sheltering of wild Peregrin Falcons for over 20 years, they have also adopted a pair of docile honeybee colonies managed by Bee Leaf USA,

Home to a pair of honeybee colonies, the Olivian, with the help of Greystar, has begun establishing itself as a place that understands the larger picture of sustainability in a luxury environment!
